Peter-Owen Bisback – Promotion
Peter-Owen Bisback joined Faddis Mitchell as a Shipping Labourer in October 2022 and was recently promoted to Maintenance Mechanic. With a background in millwrighting and welding, he is a valuable addition to our team. Congratulations on your promotion!

Nadine Brennan
Plant Manager, Faddis Kutztown facility
Nadine Brennan is the Plant Manager of the Faddis Kutztown facility. Her responsibilities include overseeing daily plant operations as well as managing personnel. Nadine recognizes the importance of having a strong and united team, which is why she is currently working on developing a training program for employees who are interested in advancing their careers through coaching and mentorship. Additionally, Nadine is preparing for the retirement of some of the most experienced members of the team by building a pool of qualified successors.

When Nadine is not working, she enjoys various activities such as reading, gardening, 4-wheeling, fishing, and spending time with her family. Additionally, she is a devoted ice hockey fan. Her favorite hobby above all is salmon fishing in New York. Currently, Nadine holds the position of treasurer at the Pennsylvania Precast Association (PPA) and is also a member of Vistage – Emerging Leaders.
Justin Penlini
Plant Manager New Castle, Pennsylvania USA
Meet Justin Pelini, the Plant Manager at our New Castle, Pennsylvania facility. Justin is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the safety, productivity, and efficiency of his team. He began his career as a patcher 22 years ago and has since worked his way up to his current position. He finds satisfaction in the diverse challenges that each day brings.
Justin is a proud new grandfather who enjoys kayaking and golfing during his free time.
Heather Lear
Plant Manager, King George, Virginia USA
Meet Heather Lear, the Plant Manager at our King George, VA location. Her role involves overseeing and coordination of production, labor utilization, quality, maintenance, shipping, and expenditures for the facility, with safety incorporated into every aspect. With over 25 years of experience in rebar fabrication, Heather is an expert in her field, having previously served as a Plant Manager.
“I enjoy the challenges that come with working at Faddis King George and take pride in being part of the team behind every successful project. It is rewarding to see the company’s products on the roadways and witness project completion.”
In her free time, Heather loves to travel and relax at the beach with her partner. She’s a big fan of baseball and supports the Red Sox, having grown up in New England. Heather also enjoys football and is a huge fan of the New York Giants. She’s part of several Toyota Tundra groups and has been driving Toyota trucks since 1987. Heather enjoys seeing the modifications made to the trucks and customizing her own.
Bob Nathan
Plant Manager of Downingtown
Meet Bob Nathan, Plant Manager of Downingtown. Bob has been a part of Faddis since 2014 and has extensive experience in managing various departments. Bob efficiently oversees the plant’s day-to-day operations and ensures employee safety. He conducts morning safety meetings and ensures that all the workers wear appropriate PPE for the day.
Bob is a family-oriented man who loves spending time with his 6 children and 18 grandchildren (no wonder he is so great at managing large groups!) and enjoys outdoor activities like camping, hunting, and fishing.
Clarence Mauser
Head of Manufacturing, Faddis USA
Meet Clarence, Head of Manufacturing, Faddis USA. With over 40 years of experience in precast, Clarence brings a safety-first mindset to his role. He is well-versed in bidding, estimating, and plant management, having previously owned and operated a precast plant. Clarence oversees all daily operations at the plant, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and develops new processes that maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.

When he’s not at work, Clarence enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and camping. He’s also a bit of a thrill-seeker and has driven a Stock Car over 160 MPH at the Pocono Raceway in PA! With skills in carpentry, plumbing, auto mechanics, and some electrical work, Clarence could be considered a “Jack of all Trades”.
Chad Finley
Director of Operations, Richburg and King George, USA
Director of Operations, Chad Finley oversees Faddis’ two Southern plants in the US, Richburg and King George. With over 26 years of experience and knowledge in the precast industry, Chad previously served as a Vice President and General Manager at another precast organization before joining our team in 2022.
Chad firmly believes that safety should always be the top priority, and he emphasizes this daily. As an active member of the NPCA and PCI, he stays up to date with industry developments and best practices.
In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, engaging in activities such as camping, boating, fishing, and riding side-by-sides.
Braden Finley
Manager and Corporate Quality Control Analyst, Richburg SC, USA
Braden Finley is responsible for managing Faddis’s Richburg SC facility and supporting Corporate Quality Control Analysis. Before joining Faddis, Braden oversaw a prestress bridge panel operation in Washington state. He has earned 19 quality control certifications, including the NPCA Master Precaster, and he is an active member of the NPCA and PCI organizations. One of Braden’s favorite aspects of the industry is witnessing our products being used on highways throughout the Southeast US.
During his free time, Braden prefers to spend quality time with his family by engaging in outdoor activities and creating unforgettable memories.
Steve Kropf
Plant Manager, Faddis Seaforth, ON
Steve Kropf has been an integral part of our team for the past 31 years. During this time, he has been involved in every aspect of our operations, from manufacturing the product to shipping it. Steve’s work ethic and ability to see things through to completion make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Growing up in a family business before beginning his journey at the Mitchell facility, Steve has a very well-rounded approach to management because of it, taking the best of both the small business and corporate worlds.
Dwight Rerup
Plant Manager at Faddis in Mitchell, Ontario CA
Meet Dwight Rerup, the Plant Manager at Faddis in Mitchell, ON. Since joining the team in 2005, Dwight has been utilizing his extensive precast knowledge to improve the plant’s daily operations.
As the Plant Manager, Dwight is responsible for ensuring that the plant runs in a safe, efficient, and productive manner. This involves overseeing all aspects of the plant’s performance, from safety and production to efficiency and budget. Dwight works hard to ensure that the plant produces a high-quality product that meets the needs of our customers. He also plans production and manages labour to ensure a smooth operation, while ensuring that our employees are competent and capable of performing their jobs to the best of their abilities. And, he makes sure that our employees have all the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Looking ahead, Dwight’s goal is to establish a strong pipeline of talented team members and future leaders that will help ensure we continue to maintain our high level of performance.
