Alejandro Gonzalez Lopez – 20-Year Work Anniversary
Alejandro Gonzalez Lopez has reached a 20-year milestone of dedicated service at the Faddis New Castle plant. Alejandro has inspired many through his positive attitude and willingness to help his fellow co-workers. Every day, he comes to work with a smile and ready to do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Alejandro’s work ethic is commendable, and his character at home is equally noteworthy. He is a loving father and foster father to five children.
Bulmaro Velazquez – 20-Year Work Anniversary
Bulmaro Velazquez, at the Downingtown, PA plant, has achieved an important milestone of 20 years of service. Bob Nathan, the Plant Manager (left), praised Bulmaro for being a highly dedicated and reliable employee who shows up daily and is a valuable asset to the company. We want to thank Bulmaro for his outstanding contribution to the organization.
Nehru Budna – 20-Year Work Anniversary
Nehru Budna, our skilled QC Technician at Mitchell, is marking a significant milestone in his career—his 20th work anniversary! This remarkable achievement reflects his unwavering dedication and commitment to his profession. As a QC Technician, Nehru ensures that the products manufactured at Mitchell meet the highest quality standards. His meticulous attention to detail, technical expertise, and passion for his work have made him an integral part of the company’s success. Congratulations to Nehru!
Mike Flammer – 5-Year Work Anniversary
Mike Flammer, a skilled Drafter and Project Coordinator, is currently celebrating his fifth year of dedicated service at our Honeybrook office. Throughout his tenure, Mike has consistently demonstrated his exceptional abilities in managing and coordinating complex projects, while also ensuring that all aspects of the drafting process are executed with precision and care. Congratulations to Mike on this milestone!
Brandon Clemmer – 10-Year Work Anniversary
Brandon Clemmer has been an integral part of Faddis for 10 years. Throughout his decade-long journey with the company, Brandon has held various key positions including Sales & Estimating and Plant Manager. Currently, he is the Sales & Estimating Manager where he oversees the sales team and manages the estimating process. Brandon’s expertise and leadership have been invaluable to the company’s success, making him an instrumental part of the Faddis team.
Sean Gossman – 10-Year Work Anniversary
Sean Gossman has worked in Wetcast throughout his career. He is trained in QC/ACI and is a member of the Health and Safety Committee. For a while, he served as an Assistant Lead Hand in Wetcast. Sean has excellent knowledge of concrete, and he always maintains impeccable attendance. He is also always happy and willing to lend a hand. Outside of work hours, Sean enjoys metal detecting as a hobby.
Tim Wilson – 25-Year Work Anniversary
Tim Wilson has had a varied career, beginning in Drycast and moving on to Wetcast and job sites, before settling in a fabrication shop. He is an active member of the Health and Safety Committee. Tim served as Lead Hand in Drycast for a significant period of time, and he is known for being a hard worker who is always willing to put in the long hours. In 2003, he played an instrumental role in building the 400 series line for Drycast. He worked side by side with his colleague after his regular shift on the line had ended for many nights and weekends. Outside of work, Tim is a keen golfer and a die-hard Leafs fan.
Gerry Godin – 30-Year Work Anniversary
Gerry Godin was initially hired as a Plant Foreman, but he quickly moved to the role of Maintenance and Machinery Development Manager after going back to college for Automation. He played a major role in the company’s achievement of CSA Certification in 1997. Gerry was also a significant contributor to the design and construction of the 400 series line, wood shavings batch plant, wetcast batch plant, and continuous upgrades across the facility. He builds and maintains all the programs for all the machinery and is an excellent troubleshooter who has helped invent many solutions over the years. Outside of work, Gerry spends a lot of time with his family (including his Black Labs) and tinkering in the garage.
Nadine Brennan
Estimating Manager, Faddis USA
Nadine is the Estimating Manager at Faddis, USA. She has grown professionally within the company, having worked in inside sales, delivery, project management, and most recently, plant management at the Kutztown Plant. Her responsibilities include leading the estimating department, managing vendors and the supply chain, and overseeing the supply chain’s strategic planning to ensure the procurement of materials within budget. She also leads the Productivity Program initiatives with Engineering and Operations leaders, ensuring continuity from the sale through engineering to plant procurement.

Each day comes with new challenges, and I truly appreciate the thrill of a good challenge.”
When Nadine is not working, she enjoys various activities such as reading, gardening, 4-wheeling, fishing, and spending time with her family. Additionally, she is a devoted ice hockey fan. Her favorite hobby above all is salmon fishing in New York. Currently, Nadine holds the position of treasurer at the Pennsylvania Precast Association (PPA) and is also a member of Vistage – Emerging Leaders.
Justin Pelini
Plant Manager New Castle, Pennsylvania USA
Meet Justin Pelini, the Plant Manager at our New Castle, Pennsylvania facility. Justin is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the safety, productivity, and efficiency of his team. He began his career as a patcher 22 years ago and has since worked his way up to his current position. He finds satisfaction in the diverse challenges that each day brings.
Justin is a proud new grandfather who enjoys kayaking and golfing during his free time.

Plant Manager of Downingtown
Meet Bob Nathan, Plant Manager of Downingtown. Bob has been a part of Faddis since 2014 and has extensive experience in managing various departments. Bob efficiently oversees the plant’s day-to-day operations and ensures employee safety. He conducts morning safety meetings and ensures that all the workers wear appropriate PPE for the day.
Bob is a family-oriented man who loves spending time with his 6 children and 18 grandchildren (no wonder he is so great at managing large groups!) and enjoys outdoor activities like camping, hunting, and fishing.
Clarence Mauser
Head of Manufacturing, Faddis USA
Meet Clarence, Head of Manufacturing, Faddis USA. With over 40 years of experience in precast, Clarence brings a safety-first mindset to his role. He is well-versed in bidding, estimating, and plant management, having previously owned and operated a precast plant. Clarence oversees all daily operations at the plant, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and develops new processes that maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.

When he’s not at work, Clarence enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and camping. He’s also a bit of a thrill-seeker and has driven a Stock Car over 160 MPH at the Pocono Raceway in PA! With skills in carpentry, plumbing, auto mechanics, and some electrical work, Clarence could be considered a “Jack of all Trades”.
Braden Finley
Manager and Corporate Quality Control Analyst, Richburg SC, USA
Braden Finley is responsible for managing Faddis’s Richburg SC facility and supporting Corporate Quality Control Analysis. Before joining Faddis, Braden oversaw a prestress bridge panel operation in Washington state. He has earned 19 quality control certifications, including the NPCA Master Precaster, and he is an active member of the NPCA and PCI organizations. One of Braden’s favorite aspects of the industry is witnessing our products being used on highways throughout the Southeast US.
During his free time, Braden prefers to spend quality time with his family by engaging in outdoor activities and creating unforgettable memories.
Steve Kropf
Plant Manager, Faddis Seaforth, ON
Steve Kropf has been an integral part of our team for the past 31 years. During this time, he has been involved in every aspect of our operations, from manufacturing the product to shipping it. Steve’s work ethic and ability to see things through to completion make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Growing up in a family business before beginning his journey at the Mitchell facility, Steve has a very well-rounded approach to management because of it, taking the best of both the small business and corporate worlds.
Dwight Rerup

Meet Dwight Rerup, the Plant Manager at Faddis in Mitchell, ON. Since joining the team in 2005, Dwight has been utilizing his extensive precast knowledge to improve the plant’s daily operations.
As the Plant Manager, Dwight is responsible for ensuring that the plant runs in a safe, efficient, and productive manner. This involves overseeing all aspects of the plant’s performance, from safety and production to efficiency and budget. Dwight works hard to ensure that the plant produces a high-quality product that meets the needs of our customers. He also plans production and manages labour to ensure a smooth operation, while ensuring that our employees are competent and capable of performing their jobs to the best of their abilities. And, he makes sure that our employees have all the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Looking ahead, Dwight’s goal is to establish a strong pipeline of talented team members and future leaders that will help ensure we continue to maintain our high level of performance.

We are honoring Suzy Reid for 25 years of leadership to our Mitchell and Seaforth team and celebrating the legacy of hard work and commitment she leaves behind. Suzy is a true professional who’s shown by example that excellence is something to aim for daily. She inspires everyone around her to be more.
